What help create peace in Iraq?
I think the U.S. should leave Iraq, but ultimately, we must not stop until peace among all ethnic groups, including Sunnis and Shiites. This is mainly due to the violence in Iraq. The Sunnis are a majority as they did and want more control (Hussein and his men were Sunnis) and now the Shiites are in control causing Sunni rebellion. I believe that to resolve this problem, we recommend that Iraq has become a confederation type of government (which is allowed to submit their constitution) does not have to worry so much power. This has historically worked in other countries (somewhere in Baltic Sea, and gradually came back together.) We also have six-party talks with other countries such as Turkey. Because Turkey has actually said that Ivad Khurdistan and that might somehow make treaties between them. I think Bush has done a very stupid in this war, including the start of it, but if we can not have genocide.
You obviously know more than most people including myself would answer that, but … I think it's really nothing we can do. No matter what we do Sunnis and Shiites killing each other anyway. We can not leave because we can not abandon the oil out of there, which would end a civil war if it happened. I do not think peace will happen anytime soon, but we can not either. Damned if you do ….
